Tracey Lyons
Director of Sales & Catering
Tracey has over 20 years of managerial experience in both restaurant and catering operations. A Bay Area resident since 1978, Tracey has worked for local hotels and golf courses with enthusiasm and passion. “I truly feel that creating fabulous experiences for my clientele is something I was born to do!” Tracey has led the catering teams at Bay Area golf courses such as the Presidio Golf Course and the Crystal Springs Golf Course. She has also held executive positions at local area hotels. Tracey’s eclectic background allows her to create original, diverse events, giving Poplar Creek Grill the stellar reputation that sets us apart from our competitors.
Mike Mintz
Banquet Manager
Mike is a Bay Area native who has over 20yrs experience in Food and Beverage. He worked his way up to Banquet Manager at the Resort @ Squaw Creek in Lake Tahoe, earning a 1st degree certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers along the way. His most recent position was at the Hilton Washington DC where he oversaw the Beverage program, catering for many high profile events including the White House Correspondents dinner and one the official Presidential Inaugural Ball events in 2009. His passion for food and wine, coupled with a dedication to customer service ensures that every detail of your event will be handled professionally with a personal touch.
